New version of Altair’s simulation platform HyperWorks has been released
Altair HyperWorks 2024 builds on our vision of driving innovation for a safer, more connected, and more sustainable future. This latest version features significant advancements in AI-powered engineering and business, mechanical and electronics systems design, and simulation-driven design and optimization.

We see the most significant functional shift in
- use of artificial intelligence and machine learning, especially in optimization tools and system modeling – see the development of physicsAI and romAI tools and the overall AI-Powered Engineering strategy
- Digital twin modeling – new Twin Activate functionality
- Customization and workflow automation in HyperMesh and other tools using Python API
- support for electronic system simulations in SimLab and SimSolid
- further development of material database and material model creation – Material Data Center and Material Modeler
