On June 19, the Advanced Engineering team hosted its customers and supporters for a 1-day seminar on CAE and DA/AI technologies. In a more intimate format, we presented and discussed new trends in software technologies for engineering as well as issues in the use of traditional practices.
We deliberately did not make any video recordings of the event and left as much space as possible for participants to ask questions while maintaining confidentiality and privacy. Overview and selection of new features in the new version of CAE pre- and post-processor. With this version, Altair returns to the HyperMesh designation for this environment instead of the previously used HyperWorks. HyperWorks now refers to the entire simulation platform.

In the last release HyperMesh (and also Inspire) newly allowed customizations of the UI using Python, now an API is also available for accessing of internal objects and functions/services.
