Advanced Engineering TechDay 2026 Tuesday, June 23, 2026 | Aquapalace Hotel Prague
Together with Siemens Digital Industries Software, we are organizing the next edition of the Advanced Engineering TechDay technology conference. Are you interested? Registration is open.
This year, we will meet again in June, once more in the Aquapalace Hotel Prague in Čestlice, at the border of Prague near the D1 highway.
The conference format will be similar to previous years: the conference is targeted for anyone interested in CAE technologies, technical calculations, and engineering innovations. You can look forward to presentations on the latest trends in simulation, updates on the Altair Engineering / Siemens Digital Industries Software portfolio, and the sharing of practical experiences in product development.
In addition, we will provide current users of Altair tools with a more detailed overview of how to work within the Siemens ecosystem — specifically, where to find technical information, software, support, training materials, and so on.

This year’s conference will once again feature technical presentations. These will highlight the latest trends in simulation technologies. We will focus on innovative ways to apply CAE methods in practice and share best practices and “how-to” tips for working more efficiently.
The conference is dedicated not only to users of Altair/Siemens software solutions, but also to R&D managers, designers, and engineers across various fields. Participants will gain an overview of the current capabilities of simulation in the world of CAE, its benefits for product development, and the types of tasks that can be addressed through engineering collaboration.
The conference is free for registered attendees.
You can look forward to these topics:
The Simcenter portfolio after integrating Altair HyperWorks products
Current challenges in pre-processing
A “deep dive” into implicit and explicit solvers
Discrepancies in Multi-body Dynamics simulation
Practical applications of rapid simulations using Simcenter Simsolid
Lifespan and fatigue of mechanical structures
AI Engineering – applications of artificial intelligence in CAE simulations and R&D
Multiphysics – fluid and thermal simulations, bulk material simulations, co-simulation
Mechanics and flow in lattice and gyroid structures designed for additive manufacturing
Siemens technical support ecosystem
SPEAKERS
Both familiar and new faces from previous years will share their experience and expertise with you— including Marian Bulla, Paschalis Arampatzis, Athanasios Besikiotis (Siemens), Michal Ciriak (Valeo), Jiří Frühbauer (Brno University of Technology, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering), Karel Břemek, Martin Dvořák (VŠB-TUO, FS), Martin Kuklík, Jiří Križan, and Vojtěch Rulc (Advanced Engineering).
As usual, however, we’ll leave time for one-on-one meetings, consultations, and networking.
You can find presentations from previous years in the Resources section. To narrow down your search for conference presentations, use the search filters “TechDay” and “ATCx”.
